-should contain at least 2 empty pages when applying for the visa.

Original Dispatch Letter from your Employer (in English)

雇主派遣信原件（英文）

? a letter from the employer (in English, or in Chinese with English translation) on official company paper with stamp, signature, date and clearly mentioning:

由雇主出具的证明信(英文，或者中文并附有英文翻译)。使用有公司抬头的公文纸，需加盖公章、签字、日期。并明确如下信息：

·address, telephone and fax numbers of the employing company;

公司的地址、电话和传真号码;

·the name and position of the countersigning officer;

公司签字人员的姓名和职务;

·the name of the applicant, position, salary and years of service;

申请人姓名、职务、收入和工作年限;

·the purpose of the visit;

访问目的

·confirmation of position after return;

确认旅行归来职位保留；

·the person or the entity who will bear your travel and living costs.

由谁支付出行费用（个人或单位）

?a sealed copy of the business license of the employing company with full translation.

加盖单位公章的公司营业执照复印件并翻译。

Proof of solvency

资金证明

·Proof of the solvency of your (employer’s) company, if the company pays the costs of travel and living;

如公司负责出行费用，则需提供公司资金证明

or

或者

·Proof of your personal solvency, in case personally covering the costs of travel and living.

如申请人个人负责出行费用，则需提供个人资金证明。

Bank statements from the last 3 months, no deposits.

最近三个月的银行帐单，无需存款证明。

Bank statements should not be “credit card statements” but bank statements of a current account where we can see you regular revenues (salary, pension, etc.).

银行对帐单应为可以反映近期收入（如月薪，养老金等）的活期存款帐户明细，不应为“信用卡对账单“。

Invitation letter from the reference/inviter

推荐方/邀请方提供的邀请信

On official company paper with stamp and signature, mentioning clearly:

使用有公司抬头的公文纸，需加盖公章并签字，并明确如下信息：

·the full address and contacts of the company;

公司的地址、联系方式;

· the name and position of the countersigning officer;

公司签字人员的姓名和职务;

·purpose + duration of the visit;

出行目的及访问期限

·detailed program;

详细的计划

·the person or the entity who will bear your travel and living costs;

由谁支付出行费用：个人或单位

·whether the sponsor gives financial guaranty for your return to China;

担保者确保申请人返回中国的财务担保；

·proof of registration from a Chamber of Commerce if applicable.

A scanned copy sent by email will be considered as an original.

通过邮件发送的扫描复印件可被视为原件。

Work Permit (if applicable)

工作许可（如果适用）

A work permit may be needed in some cases.

在有些情况下，可能要求提供工作许可。

Please ask the inviting company in Belgium to verify if you need a work permit.
