OTHER INFORMATION
During the last three years I have used my TEFL qualification to live and teach in rural areas of Africa. My aim was to experience life in a different culture, while also being of service to local communities. This has worked out very well, to the extent that Ghana is likely to become my longer term base.
However, I still have a desire to learn more about life in other areas of the world and a teaching placement in China would be a great opportunity to again live and work in a different culture.
You will see from my C.V. that I am in my fifties. I am in good health, enjoy travelling and have an open-minded approach to life. I am very excited at the prospect of spending a year in China and hope that you will find my application acceptable.
